Reluctantly, we are selling apartment in Nerja<\/a> Burriana Beach. We have owned it for 10yrs. In the last 3yrs we have 2 lovely whippets, which now means we can no longer go to lovely Nerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although we couldn\u2019t go, in the past 3 yrs, the apartment has generated a good profit from guests regularly renting the apartment. Easily covering the overheads plus creating additional money. Please click on link to view apartment and reviews:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Obviously any booking already taken (several for next year) would be forwarded to new owner. The apartment has a tourist licence. Regarding renting the apartment, we would be here to advise, and happy to offer contact details of the company that prepares the apartment for new guests, and our fiscal adviser (both expats), who are both located in Nerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
